Does anyone have any experience using Park English recruiters? They seem okay, but who knows.
Also, for all those living in Bundang, how far is it from Seoul? I mean, taking the subway, how long would it take you to get to Seoul Station? I have a possible job offer in Bundang, and they say it's 30 minutes from central Seoul, but it looks farther than that. It could just be the map, though. The job is with GDA Junior, so if anyone has any experience with that school, any comments would be helpful.
Thanks! |

If you take the metro, it will take a lot longer than 30 minutes to get to Seoul Station, if I recall. You're best bet is to jump on an express bus (red). That would do the trick. |

I haven't used Park English, but I have been tempted in the past. They have some lucrative positions from time to time. I believe that bassexpander posted about them recently. He said that he was getting spam-like email from them which contained a bunch of resumes and personal information about applicants. If this is true, I would think twice about letting them have sensitive information. Don't quote me on it, do a search. That thread is around here somewhere... |

All recruiters say that "you will be a half an hour from Seoul" and not all of them are telling the truth. Get the address and use Google maps to locate your school...and yes, as a matter of fact, I do wish someone had given me that tip before I signed up for my year in west hades! |
