How is this possible? I talked to the police department in my town, they say they need a notarized signature, does that even exist here? I live in Ulsan, Where could I get one? |

Have you done an Internet search yet? Most states have sites that tell you exactly what to do. In most cases, you need to have a fingerprint card sent over to you and then get that taken care of at a local police station. There is a downloadable finger print card on the web site.
Also, if you need the FBI national background check (most places want that done), you can find that info on the net. Send everything to someone in your home state and have it mailed from there and the results mailed to there. Then have someone mail everything back over to you. Saves a lot of trouble in my experience as you don't need to get some government worker to try and fathom the deep, dark process of overseas mail. |
