Does anyone have an opinion as to which of these oraganizations is best to work for? I know that the working conditions and pay scales of all three are pretty similar; how about working environment/fringe benefits?

I worked for EPIK, came home, and now I am applying to SMOE. There really isn't much difference, so perhaps location should be your first consideration. The only significant difference in benefits I can see is vacation time. With Gangwon-do EPIK I got 5 weeks. The standard for other provinces and cities in EPIK is 18 "working" days. SMOE is 21 working days. My friend who is now with GEPIK says she gets 4 weeks. The working conditions at your school, the condition of your apartment, the relationship with your co-teachers, and some other things are all random. You don't know what you are going to get. Like I said, I think your desired location is more important than these minor details. PM me if you have any specific questions.
