so it's hard to find whole wheat stuff. ok i get it. i manage. but can anyone tell me how they list fiber on the nutrition labels? or if they do at all? i had my korean friend tell me what it was a while back, i wrote it down, scoured the labels, didn't see it. i can read hangul and i double checked a million times. so, do they really just not put that info down? or is there some secret i'm missing? and yeah, i could just buy some fiber added stuff. but i don't want to dangit. |

When I was in Korea I was pooping 3 or 4 times a day! I just assumed everything I ate had a lot of fiber in it. |

I've seen it as a subheading of carbohydrates if listed at all; it's rarely listed.
식이섬뮤--I think that's right. |
