Alive and well.
It works with first names only. It lists black listed individuals by country and age or birth date.
If an enquirer wants more info, there is a number to call. |

It lists black listed individuals by country and age or birth date.

It has a message board with some interesting discussion.
One is where a hagwon asks what they can do to an F4 employee who has ran. The response by the admin is that they only deal with foreigners and can not do anything to F4s (gyopos).... interesting....
