Hagwon owners have the obligation (by MoE) to attend a regular meeting (on a Saturday).

I am pretty sure that there just have to be more foreigners who own a hagwon in the Gyeonggi-do province.

But I didn't see anyone! I was hoping to meet some.
The Koreans were staring at me (imagine a room of about 1.000 Koreans looking at boring speeches) .... profusely.

Now these are all possible hagwons, not just English.

It was something really disturbing. First you get two very stuffy people showing an EMO PPT about a runner who got cramps during the Olympics but kept on running *YAWN

Then the worst possible. An hyperactive jumping guy with a colorful tie talking for 3 hours straight, making grown-ups react like children with silly movements and song.

AAAARRGGHH, I could really have used some different type of distractions.
