So I'm looking into moving to Seoul next month, but I don't really have any idea what neighbourhood/area would be good.

I'm 24, and don't speak Korean, so being somewhere with younger people, and English speakers would be a plus. I'm not big on shopping, so I don't need to be near stores, but I do like to go out and party. I also am sporty and outdoorsy so maybe somewhere near wherever Westerners play sports so I could find a team to play with.
