I have read through all of the posts and still am unsure of how it is possible to get a cbc while in Korea. I am from the US. When i first came to Korea last year, I was able to get my criminal check in less than 2 weeks with the apostille. I drove all around California to do it, but got it done quickly.
Since I am in Korea, I really have no idea how to get this. I have seen posts that you can get an online report, then others saying no.

Can someone who has had this issue and actually taken care of it while in Korea please let me know. I have lived in both California and NY, therefore anyone from either of the states would be really great.

I was just offered a job with SMOE and since I want to solidify my position, i want to get these docs asap.

Please let me know the steps i would have to take. I would really appreciate this. I am beginning to get fairly pessimistic about this. My contact here finishes at the end of this month, May, and after I have planned a trip to travel for a little over a month. This basically leaves me with very little time.
