I've heard stories that immigration can be a bitch. Is there anything I need to know or say or do when my GF and I go to vancouver? Is there any possibility that she'll get turned away?

You should be fine then, don't need to say anything.
Might not be as easy for her.

Me and my girlfriend (Korean) visited Canada a couple years ago, she had no problems at all. Make sure she has a return ticket (the only requirement that I know of that they didn't even check) when you enter Canada, otherwise that's it, easy 6 month tourist visa. Makes me loathe Korean immigration.

I'm Canadian with the multi-enry stamp, so I'm pretty sure I'm good to go. But will my GF have any problems? I've heard stories about pearson airport and what not.

Provided you give immigration no reason to think she will overstay her visa, they won't care. They have bigger fish to fry. Be polite and have a return ticket (for her). No problem.

My wife (then gf) has flown into Vancouver and Toronto, with 0 problems. She was actually quicker getting through immigration than I was (they asked me more questions)
