If you want to get another job i think you have to get a letter of release from your boss. |

If your not coming back just go. Nothing will happen and your boss doesn't have to organize anything. If i were you and I weren't coming back i wouldn't tell the boss, what does he have to organize?? |

You will see Immigration on your way out of the country so no need to contact them in advance. Only your sponsor (ie your employer) can cancel your visa & that will only really matter to you if you plan to get another job before the 12 months of your original visa have passed... as you will need to be officially 'released' by your current employer (visa cancelled plus a Letter of Release.)
Are you planning to come back? If you are, hand in your Alien Card at the airport on your way out or you may get a fine next time you come back. |
