Long story short:
My girlfriend and I want to take a trip to NY this summer. I found a fantastic price in March for 1200 RT. This was on Kayak. Today it is more like 1600 RT
My gf told me that I would be able to get a MUCH cheaper price, but we had to wait. We were still discussing travel plans, and since the debt for my first flight was still being paid off, waiting seemed okay.
Yesterday she showed me Interpark and the flights were astronomically low. (1 million won RT?) I was leery of the story she told me, that they were "open tickets" and people (only Koreans) could buy these tickets and fix a date for when they wanted to leave. Too good to be true, IMO.
My question is: How does the website really work? Do they update information, or leave old info just to get your money? |
