Can you get someone's name, address, etc somehow just if you have their number?

Some special service where you can pay a fee and get all that info?

I know the cops can do it to us foreigners, prolly doesn't work the other way around but just thought I'd ask.

You can go to your phone provider and get this information if you've got a problem. They can help you.

Also, if you are indeed being stalked, I encourage you to contact the Seoul Metropolitan Police Foreign Affairs Division. They are located in Dongdaemun, and have once officer that speaks excellent English, and second who understands via listening.

Try googling the phone number...

I have gotten (is that a word?) many peoples names, addresses and details just from googling their phone number

(People post online resumes, classifieds, etc etc on the web which include their phone number - so google the number and you may find out their details)

When you know it's the stalker, blow a really loud, shrill whistle in his ear.
