I just had an initial phone interview with Aclipse and was rejected. I don't understand why, all she asked me was why I want to teach in Korea. I was very enthusiastic and told her it is something I've been wanting to do since I was a freshman in college. She only asked me one question about teaching, and I feel I gave a good response. Her reactions were neutral the whole time. I got an email a few days later telling me that cannot continue with my application due to high volume of applicants they have.
I was wondering if there are other recruiting agencies that send Teachers to CDI. I know a lot of people bash CDI here, but a friend of mine is working for them and he loves working there. He recommends them because they are a large chain and therefore more professional, which means they pay on time. That is the most important criteria to me, finding a place that will actually pay on time. I can put up with bad bosses and long hours, I'm already use to that. If CDI is not an option for me, are there any other large reliable hagwons someone can recommend?
Thanks |

| Can't you apply directly to CDI? I don't think you need a recruiter. |
