lmao  Several posters in the past have even offered to improve the functionality of this board for FREE. Best to avoid reading or trying to post on this site during peak times (like around 10pm on weeknights) and to utilize google's advanced search function (or Korussian's search tool: http://www.google.com/coop/cse?cx=006359271486458796786%3Azldpir6y9yy ) when looking for specific information / threads. |

This will most likely get deleted but I totally agree. The amount of revenue this site generates from advertising should be sufficient to cover decent web servers. But I'm guessing that forums are not a section of the site that actually generate $ so thats probably why they are so arse. Arguably though, the people that post here might be looking for jobs too which may increase the sites appeal to advertisers, but maybe the 'Dave's Committee' just doesn't see it that way. |

I rarely vist this site these days due to how slow it. Pity as it was a good site.
Now I end up double posting due to the slowness or pages not opening.

This will be closed in a few minutes, surely. Yeah, yeah, everybody is aware of the problem, and people are "looking into it," but this has been going on for well over a year, maybe two. Clearly there won't be any changes, so people will have to congregate elsewhere.
I'lll tell you what, earlier we were talking about how poorly laid out ESL/EFL Resource sites are . . . somebody with some start-up cash and a lot of time on their hands could really step in and fill the void.
Thing is now there's not even a good time to log on. It's slow in the morning when everyone gets up, it's slow at the start of school, it's slow at lunch, it's slow at two, it's slow at 4:30, it won't open from 9 through 11 . . . this is supposed to be the number one Korea site, right? |

A mod mentioned about a month ago that they were working on it, but I think they forgot or it's on the back burner of priorities.
I'd say this site has a case of serious jet lag.  |
