damn man, that thing would be perfect.
all u need is that and two dumbbells with a ton of plates and u can literally work every part of ur body at least 3 different ways
if its light weight and folds down flat so u slide under ur bed, i may get an erection (haha, gym nerds) |

You also need something for cardio to get you warmed up as well as cardio training. I do 10 minutes of stairstepper cardio before lifting 3X a week and all cardio (inclined treadmill or small nearby mountain climbing) 2 other days of the week. I'm typically lifting MWF and cardio Tuesday and Thursday.
Of course, you can just climb up down stairs in your building to get hot or go for a run or speed walk outside. It's really good to do stretching and cardio warm up each time before lifting. I wish I had you or another lifter for partner motivation and participation.
Gmarket delivers and easy to set up if you get your co-teacher or someone to enter the address in Korean for your school or apartment. Do school delivery if no one is available at home during the day to accept deliveries. I almost ordered off of Gmarket, but found out about a nice gym for 50K per month and joined. |
