Korean Job Discussion Forums

I know I've seen threads where people are recommending that teachers come to Korea to look for a job. I can't seem to find any threads like that tonight.
What I want to know is, what do you do when you get to Korea? Do you get addresses of schools from somewhere or wander around looking or do you just look on the internet but benefit from being able to check the school out in person?
