I'm moving shortly. My current apartment will soon be available to rent.
It's in Hongdae and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to Hongik University and about the same to both Hongdae and Sinchon subway stations.
The key money is low! 1,000,000. The monthly rent is 550,000. It's a reasonably big size.
It will be available from 20 or 21st June.
The landlady is an extremely nice old lady who speaks English really well. If I've ever had a problem in the past she's sorted it out promptly.
You will need a bed. Tv, fridge, wardrobe, aircon, and washing machine are all included.
I need to get some photos up. I'll do this wednesday night. But in the meantime if you are interested in taking a look send me a pm.
I honestly think you'll love the place itself and the awesome location. |
