I drove from Ulsan to Busan the other day on the new highway, ending up close to Haeundae (sp?) beach. Anyway, I drove through a brand new area that had some cool looking apartments; one was pinkish and there also was a "Trump Tower." I think it was to the east of the beach. What is the name of this area? And does anyone know how much they average per pyg?
