Since no one answered my question in the last thread I made, I figure I'll ask again here.

I'm looking to renew another year and while I'm gonna try my current school, the VP and P may not have me since they have never had a wayguk longer than a year before. If I can't renew at this school in Busan, then I want to get into Seoul and see what it's like to live in a city with at least a little culture. My question is: how exactly would I transfer from EPIK to SMOE? Do I need to twist anyone's arm or is it as simple as just saying Seoul on the preference section? Since this will be my second year, will I still get first dibs on placement if I'm switching teams like this? Will Magneto's evil plot come to fruition?
