Does anyone know by landmark/proximity (Old BK perhaps~ㅋㅋㅋ), where exactly this is? The man I talked to mentioned the car wash building...unfamiliar with it.

Here's the info and link from the main H&R Block website:

It's not on that side, you have to go to the entrance of Itaewon and walk around (by Suji's) to the other street, not the main one. You'll see the Phillipine embassy. Keep going straight and you'll get to a part where the street splits and and it's on the smaller street's side. It's a dingy little place but easy to see.

They are a huge ripoff. The actual office looks shoddy. You see a building with car washes, and on the side is a staircase. You go up the old staircase to the door. Open it up, and the place looks really sketchy. Completely opposite what a tax office would look like in the US.

The guy there speaks great English, but the rates he charges is highway robbery. I wanted him to do my 2007/2008 taxes. He charged like 150,000w per return, for a total of 300,000w.

I said no thanks and did my taxes with the help of various forums. Finished them both in 1 hour. After going through the process myself, my 2009 taxes will take me like 15 minutes to do.
