I am making a great beef stew and I am looking for a can of beef broth or a beef bouillon cube. I am in Ulsan. Please any advice would be great. |

Beef stock powder is available at pretty much every grocery store. Look for red packets with a gold trim which have a picture of beef on the front. It will say 쇠고기 (beef) in smaller letters and 다시다 (stock, I think) in bigger white letters. It's about 1800 won for a smallish packet.
Here's a picture:

Beef bouillon cubes can be had down at the Asian Mart near the Royal Anchor downtown, less than a block from Shigae-top. |
