Just curious how many people work in after school program? Did you get your airfare at the end of the contract? Especially to those who were hired here in Korea? I know many times the agency will try to say that they will not provide airfare to those teachers who were hired domestically. I am trying to convince my boss that he should provide airfare since my home is in US not here in Korea. All teachers are promised airfare at the end of the contract. Even if they choose not to go, they sometimes get airfare allowance for future travel. What do you guys think.

What does your contract say? If it says they provide airfare to and from your home, then get it. Read it carefully and make sure you can twist it in your favor since the English version wins. Make sure it implies the person HOME as in the states or where ever. Such as, does it say 'airfare will be reimbursed to and from Korea' ?
