Does anyone know where the DMV in North Suwon is?

I need to trade in my license. If there is not one in North Suwon, can anyone suggest where the closest one is?

Here's the website for the Driver's License Agency. I can only seem to find directions to their office near Seoul World Cup Stadium. However, I'm pertty sure there's also an office in Gangnam. I'd call the phone number on this site (http://www.dla.go.kr/english/index.jsp) or give the Seoul Golbal Center a call (http://global.seoul.go.kr/)

Be prepared to take the written driving exam when you go to swap licenses.

Anyone know what the test is like? Mainly common sence or obscure points from Korean road law? I'm off to take it in like 5 minutes

Common sense. If you're not an idiot you shouldn't have much trouble. It's computer based and some of the questions are pretty bad translations from Korean into English. Ask for a driving regulations booklet to skim over before taking the exam. Good luck!
