SK cannot reach this employer and no one can take my name off the phone because it is under this old employer's name.
What can I do to not be connected to this phone that a previous hagwon owner had under his name and put my name on it?
SK says it is IMPOSSIBLE to do anything about taking the name off the phone without the prior hagwon owner who has disappeared and NO other phone can be given without paying for both phones. NO SK person in English and they keep calling about this phone!
Pls help someone with concrete suggestions and/or a phone number in English for this matter.
I want a phone under my own name ..not a school..and SK said they were sorry..that there is nothing to be done. English person speaking at SK? How to resolve the problem?
