Reminds me of Silv doing his Godfather thing in The Sopranos:

Just when I thought I was out, they pulled me back in.

Hard to be home working 8 hrs a day saving sod all and feeling bored when you can be saving 1 - 1.5 mil won a month whilst eating out all the time and getting taxis to work, working 5 hrs a day and having that feeling of 'having an adventure...' rather than being bored at home.

You should never leave Korea until you have a plan for the future and enough cash saved to finance it (further study, a new career, a creative pursuit, a business venture etc...)

So many leave with no money and no plan and that's why so many (including me) end up returning....
