Hullo everyone.
A short while ago I asked some people which courier to use in the UK. They suggested DHL which was fine. There service is good however I do have one concern. They opened my 'SEALED' transcripts. I had them pop some "Opened by DHL/Courier" tape, and hope that will do the trick.
But... could this be a problem on when it lands on the desk of South Korean immigration?
As other people have used it I suppose it must be OK.... but for now im panicking a little.
Thanks for your help in advance, Chris. |

Print up some "Opened by Homieland Security" tape and pop that on too for good measure. |

I had this problem twice in one month and had to get new ones. Luckily my university didn't charge me. I had to order 4 sets that month.
The first one went to North Korea (some idiot thought democratic must be the good ones). It got sent back to my uni
the next two opened by dhl |

Sorry, but I have to ask. Why are they opening your transcripts in the first place? A box with goods I could see, but documents? |

Hi. Thanks for the replies. Your dilemma hasn't settled my nerves but i suppose i can only wait and see now what happens either way.
They say its just policy and they wont carry anything unless they have seen it first, its partly my fault for not realising this but id have never guessed that they wanted to open waver thin envelopes stamped and signed by my university. :s
Il tell you all what the outcome is, but i dont hold out much hope for Korean immigration accepting the DHL tape. |
