I'm posting this for a friend. If you are interested, please contact him directly.

It is a third floor apartment with this massive patio outside your door. You can use it at anytime of the day or night. The lady who lives next door keeps to herself and works during the evening and night. She never uses the space. This was my primary reason for getting the place. Along with the patio and roof access the building was remodeled late last year and all appliances are brand new. I have lived here for about six months, but have to move because I have a better opportunity in Banghwa dong, which is exactly an hour away on line 5. The apartment is less than a five minute walk from Shingeumho station on line 5. On the map it is spelled Singeumho on the dark purple line in the center, two stops from Dongdaemun Stadium and Wangsimni.

This is the stairwell on the right side you walk up to reach the apartment. I leave those chairs out because there is a small covering over the door which prevents most rain. If I stayed I would seriously consider an outdoor umbrella, table and BBQ grill. It is a great place for having parties or just hanging outside. The roof can be reached by those stairs (below) and is about 25% bigger than the patio space you can see. The roof is also redone with the green patio paint.

The apartment has two rooms separated by a lockable door. This is the first room which could have a small two person table if you did not want a bookcase. The bookcase, mirror, small dresser and water cooler will go with me. So from this room the refrigerator, shoe cabinet and oven will all stay.

This is the second room which is larger than the first, although I have had friends stay over in the first room and the floor space is ample. In this room the TV, washer, air conditioner and clothes dresser will all stay.I currently just unfold that couch with comforters for my bed, although a queen size bed with surely fit in the area against the wall.

Above the couch is this interesting space I use for storage. Before I moved in I thought I would put that couch up there because it fit and the silver TV, which is mine, surprisingly also fit with a fair amount of head clearance. I moved in during the winter though and soon realized it was not heated in anyway. It is useful and clean nonetheless.

It has an exceptional underfloor and water heating system, with a switch which when pressed immediately results in hot water. The move-in date is as soon as possible and the key money (deposit) is 10 million won and 500,000 a month for rent. The utilities come to between 50,000 and 100,000 won. The landlord may accept less key money and a higher monthly rent, yet I have not inquired about that.

My name is Russell and you may contact me at anytime by phone or email. Thank you~
