I can't find this in the search, sorry... I know it's out there!

Can someone tell me which documents I need exactly to get my F2 visa?

I'm on a tourist visa, I don't have an E2 at the moment...

so to be safe I'm bringing my diploma, transcripts, criminal record, and affidavit.

Also I'm bringing my passport and marriage certificates

My husband is bringing his bank info, family registry, and ID.

We are heading over there now, am I missing anything?

Any docs you need can be had on the other side of the street, there is small office there that can produce a lot of papers.

you dont need much, partially because youre not a boy. your husband has most things covered, but id say bring some passport sized photos of yourself because immi will most likely insist that you have an ARC made to get rid of your tourist status. it also always helps to walk in with some property in either you or your husband's name.

all the other stuff you mention: diploma, transcripts, crc, etc., have no bearing on a civil marriage procedure ...
