| Hey, I'm going to be in Daegu overnight for the next two weekends for some Scuba certifications at the Duryu park dive pool and I was wondering if there are any decent love motels or cheap flophouses that area or near Dongdaegu station that any of you could name. The priority is cheap and preferably without a hooker knocking on the door in the middle of the night. English speaking lobby folks would be great, but I don't expect it. |

I've seen some Love Motels near Duryu park just up the hill from there towards Daegu Catholic Hospital. Not so sure of DongDaegu area. But there are a boatload of them behind the Express Bus terminal. That area looked better than the area just past the Train Station towards Fatima Hospital. That's definitely hooker area.
Just curious why you want to stay near DongDaegu station since it's not really close to Duryu. |

| Because I've only been to two places in Daegu, the station and the park, and I figured that I ought to stay in the small bit familiar territory. |
