It's been so frustrating missing out on iplayer because of being outside uk. Im tired of seeing CSI and NCS (They no longer show X-files and i started to get into it again Shocked )

Torrents are great but too much hassle compared with live streaming.

I hope this works out...

Are you a member?

It's worth joining up. Just about every British TV show just a few hours after it's shown in UK. And really fast download speeds. I'll send you an invite if you need one.

Better quality than streaming iPlayer. Plus, you're getting all the non-BBC stuff too. CH4, ITV, Five!!!! Laughing

another good uk site is uknova.com. not as good as thebox but they sometimes have things that thebox doesn't have. Perhaps better for sport too.
Have you tries the hdi player? I've been really impressed. Streaming live BBC1 +2, ITV, C4, Filmfour, BBC news, Sky News, Sky Sports News and a load of others.

What you need to do is make sure you leave your bit torrent program running for a decent while after the download completes. That's what's referred to as 'seeding' - you making the complete file, that you now have on your PC, available to others who are downloading it. Whatever program you use there should be an indication somewhere on the display of the share ratio of each file you've downloaded.

On thebox.bz it's pretty easy to keep your ratio up. There are quite a few tv shows on there that they make free to download. That means they do not count towards your total amount downloaded. Download those even if you don't want them as if you share them for just a couple of days you'll be increasing your ratio as they DO count towards the amount you upload.
