Hi, my fiancee and I are completely new at this and trying to get our heads around the job market in Korea. We are hoping to find couple positions beginning in October (after we are married). We have been speaking to one recruiter in Korea who has what looks like a pretty standard Private school contract (2.3 - 2.5 million won monthly, 10 days vacation + holidays, accommodations, 50% health, etc.) in Mokpo with Lee's English Academy.

We are wondering first, if anyone has head of this school and what if any reputation it has (there is no website... at least not an english one).

Second, we wanted to know if we might do better with a public school contract and if we are likely to find one in October. I have heard that the pay can be the same, but that the time off is much better. Any thoughts?
