Someone from my school tried to hook up my internet connection but I had a password on my computer so he couldn't set it up. He left some info on a card so I could hook it up myself. I have the following info where "a" means a letter and "0" means a number.

000-0000
ID: AAaaaa 0000
P/W: Aaaaaa

So ID is probably my log in name and P/W is the password. He capitalized some letters but I'm not sure if it matters... I've been struggling with the Korean login page for a while now. Here are some screenshots. Help me please!

The first log in page:

Sometimes I get past that first page and get to this:

If I click the second button I get here:

The first picture is the ID/Password page. ID on top, password on the bottom.

The second picture says your password is wrong.

The third picture is asking for your name and ARC number.

If you can't get past the first page, whoever setup your account blew it...or you aren;t getting the info right.

Check anything written that looks like a 9 or a P...Koreans often write these similarly. I doubt it is case sensitive...but use all capitals.

Thank you!

I noticed that sometimes it would bring me to that second page and sometimes it wouldn't. Eventually I figured out my ID and then I just had to change the capitalization on the password and I was in. Apparently it does matter, in this case. He had 9s written as Ps and I thought the lowercase L was a 1.

I'm still not sure what the seven-digit number is for but nevermind.
