I am looking at job in Ansan, so I would love some input about what it is like there. Also, the contract says the taxes (income and medical) are 8-10%. Is this normal if it says medical is included? Most offers seem to have a 3-5% tax.

8-10% is the correct answer. 3-5% is just income tax. Pension and medical add to that total to reach the higher value.
