Anyone been to their buffet? I've gathered that they are on the hill b/w Itaewon and Noksapyung Station. But I've been to several Middle Eastern buffets in the area and most are pretty skimpy on the meat. Chakkara, USMania, Foreign Food Restaurant come to mind. I generally go to Maharaja. They've got lamb and chicken on the buffet for 13,000, but you have to be there at the busy times or all you get is chicken necks and lamb juice with bones.
Anyone have info on Andalous? |

It was great when I went there about six weeks ago in a group of four. We were a little late (got there at about 9:45) but there was lots of food still being brought out.
We gourged ourselves on all of the dishes, but especially the lamb. At about 10:30 the restaurant was winding down and all of the lamb was gone, but once they noticed one of my friends forlornly scraping the ladle through the leftover gravy and onto the metal below, they told us that they'd cook some more just for us.
The food was delicious and plentyful, and the service was prompt and friendly. I'd definitely recommend it! |

| The owner is a really nice guy and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. I've only eaten there for their lunch specials, so I can't comment about the buffet, but I've been pleased every time. |

| I don't know about their buffet but I ate there the other week and it was terrible. I ordered the lemon chicken tagine. I noticed 15 minutes later the waiter got one of the tagines from the front and I thought 'why is he doing that?' Next I heard the bell on the microwave and then the tagine was served. I'm almost certain that they just heated up some stuff in the fridge, put it in a tagine and served it. Needless to say it was watery and generally quite unappetising. |

| Made the trek to Seoul to try the place today. I guess the buffet is no more. There was only 1 guy sitting inside during the lunch hour and he was the waiter. I found a post on the web about the place, but it was from a friend of the owner. Thanks for the replies. I went to On The Border instead. |
