|
|
Does anyone have any experience with Woori's international transfer feature online? I have internet banking with them, and its great, but I've tried to set it up so I can transfer internationally and it seems complicated, even for them. I want to be able to get any money leftover after I leave Korea. |

I use it every month as I don't have internet banking.
They told me about it as I used to go to the same branch every month to send money home and was delighted to here about it.
When I set it up at the bank they gave me a 3 digit code which i need to use when I transfer money using the ATM. |

I got the ATM transfer thing set up on Thurday, but as of Friday afternoon it wasn't working. Went all the way through the process and then the screen said "Annio" and it didn't go through. Is there a maximum amount I can send? Anyone ever had problems using it? |

You have to put the amount you want to send home in your HOME currency not Korean won.
So when i first tried I was trying to send home millions of $NZ and it wouldn't let me.
After you put in the amount in your home currency it comes up with that day's exchange rate and the transfer fee and you either accept or cancel. |
