My friend and I are looking for a house mate to share our apartment near Itaewon. Its a large 3 bedroom apartment with a big living room, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen with an oven and gas range. Underfloor heating and Aircon.
Its very conveniently located, very close to the subway (Noksapyeong Station line 6 next to Itaewon) and bus stops as well as restaurants. 5 minutes to Myeongdong, 15 minutes to Hongdae, 20 minutes to Gangnam and Apgujeong.
Rent is W500 000, no key money required. Utilities are negligible. Wireless internet and cable (with big screen TV and xbox360) are already payed for.
Available from July 10.

This isn't one of the old Villas either. It's a nice new Modern apartment with sliding doors onto the a little area you can kick back with a beer and watch the not so unattractive human traffic.
My friend here doesn't sell the place as well as he should. It's once of the nicest apartments I know of in the area. Great for entertaining too. |
