Looking for some heavy-duty support braces for hanging something very heavy on the wall.

Emart, HomePlus, and the neighborhood hardware shops don't stock exactly what I need. Where else stocks a variety of hardware, tools, etc?

There's thousands of tool and hardware shops around the Dongdaemun area. I'm crap at directions around there because I normally wander around like it's a maze while considering buying tools I don't need and can't afford. There's definitely half a dozen shops selling wall brackets and other bits and pieces of similar-looking ironmongery around a couple of the corners of the junction that Euljiro-4-ga station is on. If you can't find what you're looking for there, then aimless meandering down one of the many side streets is a tried and proven tactic.
