So I got my criminal background check done at the end of May, thinking I could get it done sooner and out of the way (I live in New York). However, upon receiving it 10 days later, it stated that the document was only good for 60 days.
I'm not planning on going to Korea until sometime in late August, early September. Do I need to go through the process to get another CBC done or will this one still be okay even though it "expires" 60 days from when I got it done? How strict are they about this? I don't have it apostilled yet, as I wanted to see if I needed to get another CBC before going through the process to have it apostilled. |

Are you absolutely sure it's 3 months, & not 6 months, which is what I was told by Korean Immigration? |

E2 visa conditions vary between countries, so check with your nearest Korean Consulate, for current conditions applicable to US citizens. |
