| In my opinion and experience, hanyak is not very effective. I think you would be better off relying on western medicine. All took all sorts of hanyak as a kid from various doctors from medicine to make me taller and have better eye sight to stuff that was supposed make me sleep better and lose weight(I was a pretty fat kid). It wasn't until I went to school in the US and actually had time to exercise, I started to lose weight. |
