I am so surprised this travel forum is not as active as the others...

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone here had plans to travel after leaving Korea? Where do you plan on going?

1 week to finish the must-sees in Korea.
~18 days in Japan.
~2-3 weeks in Mongol.
~6 weeks in China.
~2 months around Vietnam, Lao, Cambodia, Thailand.

not sure if I'll go to India or see some more in SE Asia from there.

~2 months around western US and Canada

Then it's on to Eugene for several years for the PhD I've managed to defer for a year and a half.

happy travels!

Here's mine:

3-4 weeks China
8-10 days Tibet
3-4 weeks Nepal
2+ months India

Then home to the US for 2 months...

After-- back to work in my field in the US or abroad or return to Korea for another year to finish travels of Southeast Asia and after contract ends travel overland on Transsiberian to Europe to spend several months traveling through Europe. Then never return to Korea again Smile

^Sounds cool!

I'm heading to Australia for vacation, then either Thailand to work, or possibly teaching in the middle east. Possibly return to Korea in the future, but not in the public schools nor a hogwan.

I'm going home for 5 weeks and then onto Australia to do working holiday visa for 8 months. Already booked my flight there AND return out of NZ.. though I'm contemplating rerouting my return to stop in Hawaii.
