Hi,
I am moving to Seoul soon to teach and need a place to live from July 15-August 15. (My apartment will not be ready until Aug 15). I am finding a lot of places are already booked as in hostels, I should mention I am also on a budget. Anyone need someone to sublet their place for a month? I am a tidy and respectful female coming from Washington DC if that matters. Thanks! Jeanne

have you looked at goshiwons? Small one roomed places , very small with a shared bathroom. There are also onerooms (korean onerooms but in hangul) that include a shower

These places will run you to 200,000- 400,000 a month

There are goshiwons everywhere. Your best bet is to pick an area, book into a love motel for a couple of days, call the seoul helpline and ask what goshiwons are in the area. Spend a day or two looking for a nice one.

Pick the area first not the goshiwon first

The hangul for goshiwon is 고시원

try seoul help line 1330 or something

and here is a goshiwon search site
