I was wondering if anyone could help me locate an English-speaking playgroup in Daegu for my son. We moved here a few months ago and enrolled him in a Korean daycare (he's two years old), but he's really struggling, mainly I think because of the language as the staff don't speak much English. We're not sure how much longer he - and they - can cope with it.
If anyone knows any playgroups - either an 'official' one or an unofficial one among English speaking parents, I would be truly grateful. The transition has been tough on both my wife and child and it would be nice to give her a break from looking after him 24/7, even if only for a few hours a day. Or it can be a Russian speaking playgroup as my son is bilingual. Would appreciate any thoughts, help or suggestions |
