| I am from Busan and am coming to Seoul on Friday to go to the UK visa centre...anyways am dying for some subway and was wondering if anyone knew of a restaurant nearby???? |

| Well, I think the closest Subway to Namdaemun is in Jongno by the YMCA. There's alson one in Itaewon. |

| Do you have a Seoul subway map? The Subway by the YMCA is near 종각 (Jongak) station. From Namdaemun it's about a 15-20 minute walk. If you can get to (이태원) Itaewon you'll have more options for good sandwiches there (and people to ask where to go for a good sandwich). |

OP, I'm going to assume you have never eaten Quizno's, or didn't know they exist in Korea. It beats Subway 10 to 1.
To find the nearest one (nearer to Namdaemun than Subway in Jongno), go to City Hall and walk to the NE corner of the building. You'll see 7-11, Lotteria and Quizno's is just past those. |
