My wife and I are heading to graduate school and we need someone to take over our lease. Our loss is your gain as we have an excellent apartment located near numerous subway lines.
Our apartment has two bedrooms (one large, one small), a kitchen/living room, a laundry room and an average sized Korean style bathroom.
We live within walking distance of line 2 and 7. Line 5 is not far away either. We also have many buses that pass by the main street not far from our apartment.
Our apartment is 17pyeong (1 pyeong=3.305Meters squared). That is real pyeong and not the inflated pyeong one gets quoted when looking at most officetels and apartments (they usually include communal hallways in their figures).
The insulation in this house is fantastic. When we had three people living here during the winter our utility bills totaled 70,000KRW. I'd say utilities are typically around 30,000 won for us but obviously this depends on personal use.
As if that wasn't good enough, we are going to let you keep our drum style washing machine/dryer that cost us 1 million KRW when we bought it new as well as the gas range, prime hangers, and book shelves. Other furniture items we may be able to sell cheaply to you.
We can sell other furniture quite cheaply too you if you take the apartment.
The deposit is 20 million KRW and the monthly rent is 500,000KRW although the landlord mentioned that he would consider 10mil and 600,000 won rent instead.

Please email me or call my wife at 010-8843-4411 if you are interested in this apartment. She can answer your questions in either Korean or English.
We are flexible with moving dates so let us what know what works for you and we will try our best to accommodate.

Although I have had some people visit I don't have anyone that has committed to taking it yet. Please contact me if you are interested.
