Do you really think more than 6 is wishful thinking?? In what time period?
Man, I know guys, not even good looking, who have been in Korea about 2-3 years, are active members of the dating sites here, and date, oh, probably at least 2-3 girls a month. At least!! Usually more.
Conservative estimate......... they could date 25 girls per year. Easily. But, as sometimes happen, they like a girl and date her for a few months, whatever. Which brings the average down.
But no doubt some of those dogs on Cupid.com have been around the block many, many times. |

Per #4... if I were a a female, *AND* gay, *AND* had never had a girlfriend.... I'd totally be a troll, either figuratively or litterally.
And how is more than 6 girlfriends "wishful thinking"... Do you mean "girls that people have one-night-stands with", or korean style, someone you said "will you be my girlfriend" and she said "yes"? |

So do you consider someone you've gone out "once" or "twice" a "girlfriend?"
besides... those dating sites are full of girls who wants "penpals" or "english" practice... ...
maybe some quickies... who knows? thats how it was in Japan... those dating sites are full of losers who are desperate
carriewen why are you so serious? I'm just kidding...
sorry if i made you feel bad but thats not what i was trying to say...
and speaking of experiences with "girls" us guys, don't we all BS a lot sometimes? lol

Agreed. They don't sound like girlfriends if you get through them that quickly. |

She's your girlfriend for that night anyway!
I see you mean girlfriend in the old-fashioned sense. Get with it, young feller. People want a good time and they don't want to waste a lot of time doing what their parents did.
Those 'losers' on the dating sites are meeting a lot of different types of girls. You can't generalize what they want. Anyway, they're meeting A LOT of girls.
How 'bout you? |

haha, I'm not being serious I thought it was funny.
And FYI... I'm female. I just thought the poll was doomed to be skewed by chicks who click "none" |

you know often, feelings aren't so mutual and a lot of the times... it's one wayed thinking...
I had a girl ask me out for a movie and I "thought" she liked me... since I just got to know her... until she whined about her bf that was about to leave her, few days after the date.
Did I think I was on a date? yes, maybe, I don't know.
Did I tell some or few of my friends I was on a date/going on a date with a "girl" that I just got to know asked me out to? no questions needed
Did she think she was on a date? maybe yes, maybe no, I don't know
Any posibilities that she thought of me only as a friend? probably... |

I answered honestly I've never had a girlfriend.
If you're asking about Korean boyfriends however...
It's hard to say. I had lots of "interests". Guys asking me out, One-or-Two dates, even seeing people for a few weeks and thinking about dating them.
But as far as a serious boyfriend? I've only had one. I can't have a boyfriend anymore though My husband won't let me |
