Hi,
Long story short...

My hagwon has not been paying into my pension but has been deducting it from my check every month. Pension office has been in the process for months trying to recover the money for numerous employees, but has been unsuccessful.

Is there a reasonably straight forward way to "get out of" the contract without giving written notice and working another month for someone who is stealing my money?

Is getting an exit order without a letter of release possible? Would I be able to go home and get another E-2 before my current one would have expired? Any info would be appreciated.
