Basically, looking for good TEFL books to increase my knowledge about teaching ESL. My job is buying us more books and wants my input.

I've heard some good recommendations, but I can't remember them....

Any good reads, preferably for teachers of young learners(elem., Middle school)?

Oxford and Cambridge have many good titles on specific aspects.

For general TESL, three that come to mind are-

How Languages are Learned- Lightbown and Spada
Principles of Language Learning and Teaching- Brown
A Framework for Task-based Learning- Jane Willis
