Hello all. I am looking for some advice. I will start a public school job this Sept nearby Jong-jae station (Bundang line). Since I am moving from Seoul with all of my own furniture, I decided to opt for the housing allowance. So here's my question for all of you Bundang old-timers:
Where are the good places to live in that area within one or two stops? I am looking for something in a villa, I have grown to hate the lego style apt buildings, and officetels just feel to, well, office-like for me.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks. |

Not sure there are any villa apartments you can afford in that area. I could be wrong, but most of that area is pretty new. You might have to go out past Migeum a ways to find something affordable (even still.. good luck). |

There are some villas just past Jukjeon, 1 station past Ori. They are on the left side of the main road, not far past Shinsegae. Look for the "black screen golf" building.
I haven't really seen many villa style places in this area. I would recommend you narrow the field by doing some virtual house hunting.
They weren't any more expensive then you're typical office tel around here. |
