Hi guys,

I've been teaching at a hagwon for a year and a half. I'm getting very agitated because it seems that with more experience here comes less respect and more work. My boss just keeps piling on the classes, and the supervisor and Korean teachers are randomly giving me the cold shoulder. I really want to quit and get a public school job. Will I run into visa problems?

Kyle

I don't think it's because of your experience. I believe it's because of your accepting more work, plus they're getting tired of you. Put your foot down by becoming a slacker and watch it stop. You're going to be gone in six months anyway, so be more carefree. Start missing deadlines and start missing classes. Perhaps calling in sick a lot the next week or two is also in order.
