I've taught in Korea before for 4 years, but I always had free housing. It looks like this time around, since I want to live in Seoul, I might have to have a different housing situation.

What I'm looking for is ---- just examples of real living situations some of you have --- those who have their own place, not shared, and had to arrange key money and monthly rent with the school:

What were your terms? How much did the school kick in....and how much did you have to kick in? What section of Seoul did you get your housing?

I'm looking for all real examples I can get so I can get a feel for the market.
